Today is the 20th Anniversary of Audrey Hepburn's death.
This
amazing woman, humanitarian, actor, was taken by the same cancer I
battled - appendix cancer. Back then, when they found it there was
nothing that could be done. Remarkably while there are some treatments now there still isn't that much research into it, comparatively speaking.

Soooo much progress has been made on this front in the last few years. However, it is sad to see how your treatment is still looked as experimental in some areas and not too make doctors are trained on this technique. Lets keep the awareness going!
